John Wiemann became President and CEO of Midwest Physician Insuarnce Advisors in May of 2009. Prior to joining MPIA, John was Vice President for MSMA Insurance Agency in St. Louis. Mr. Wiemann has over twelve years experience in the insurance industry, working for Aon, Hays Companies, Farmers Insurance and Shelter Insurance. John graduated from Missouri University with degrees in Business Administration and Masters in Health Administration. Prior to starting his insurance career, John worked several years in the healthcare field for a hospital association, managed care company and a national emergency medicine practice.
On a personal note, John resides in O'Fallon, MO with his wife, Yvette, and two son's Blake and Clayton. John coaches his son's football and basketball teams, is a member of the Knights of Columbus and serves as President of the National Federation of Pachyderm Clubs.
Andrea Keller joined Midwest Physician Insurance Advisors in 2010. Andrea is a native of St. Louis and graduated from the University of Missouri St. Louis with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration. Andrea enjoyed a successful career in the pharmaceutical industry calling on Primary Care, ENT, Allergy and Ophthalmology physicians. During her tenure as a pharmaceutical representative she earned many sales awards. After taking time off to raise her family, Andrea returned to her sales career as an insurance advisor licensed to sell life, health, property and casualty. Given Andrea's previous healthcare experience working with physicians, she understands their concerns and needs for their practice.
On a presonal note, Andrea is married and the mother of five children. As one could imagine, Andrea keeps very busy with family activities. She also serves as a Girl Scout Leader and President of the Oakville Sr. High Choir Parents Association.
Ken Waller joined Midwest Physician Insurance Advisors in 2008 as Senior Vice President. Ken is a native of Jefferson County and graduated with a Bachelor of Public Administration from University of MO – St. Louis. Ken has over 20 years of insurance experience working for State Farm, Shelter, and several brokerage firms. Mr. Waller is licensed in Property,Casualty, Life & Health. In addition to Ken's work with MPIA, he also serves as an elected official for Jefferson County, MO. Mr. Waller was elected County Executive in November 2010 and remains very active in his community.
On a personal note, Ken and his wife reside in Hurcelaneum where they raise their family of three and attend church.
Dan Andrews joined Midwest Physician Insurance Advisors in 2010 as a Consultant. Dan is a Certified Identity Theft Risk Management Consultant and also is licensed in Life, Health and Prepaid Legal Services. Dan works with many businesses and individuals to protect them from data loss and the effects of identity theft, as well as training employees on these issues. Dan speaks and trains all types of businesses and civic groups on the history, risks, exposures, and liabilities of identity theft in the workplace.
On a personal note, Dan is married and is an active member of his church and community.
